We want you to receive our products in perfect condition.

Due to extreme temperatures, Candles cannot ship when the temperature is greater than 92° F (33° C) on the delivery route.

EXCHANGES

If your order is incorrect please email customer service with a contact number. We will be glad to help you with the exchange. For orders that are incomplete or damaged, we will replace the item with no additional shipping charges.

Our store is hosted on Wix and they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You may choose to pay with PayPal, Venmo or we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or  Discover credit and debit cards.
